Tears of Gaza wins Best Feature Award at GIFF!

The Norwegian documentary Tears of Gaza by Vibeke Løkkeberg was awarded the Best Feature Award by the audience at GIFF.

Vibeke Løkkeberg was deeply moved by a news report about a small boy in Gaza, who lost his entire family during Israel’s latest assault in the winter of 2008-2009. She decided, whatever the cost, to make a film about the life of Gaza children during and after the attack.
The result is a powerful anti-war film where any hope resides with the children.
