Except that Sara is really Nazli, a second generation Iranian, and her father is Abbas, the loving but bullying Iranian widower who’s desperate for his daughter to find security whether she wants to or not. When Nazli falls for easygoing 20-year-old Swede Johan, rejecting the filmstar good looks but violent temper of her cousin Hamid, father and daughter confront each other over what seems like an unbridgeable divide...but is it?
