Eva & Adam - Four Birthdays and a Fiasco
Can love last forever? For teenagers, its the most important question in life! Eva & Adam are 14 and have already been together for three full years (an eternity at that age).
Slowly, however, Eva is invaded by new thoughts. It is as if all the fun was passing by her. How can you tell if you are still in love when all those tingles that used to be there are now gone? She does not even feel dizzy anymore when they kiss.
Like thunder in a clear sky, she decides to end their relationship. Adam is in despair, but manages to keep calm. Seeing how ‘well’ he is taking it Eva is relieved.
Meanwhile, Eva’s best friend Annika has met David (almost 18) and Annika’s mum has a new boyfriend: Charlie. Annika’s mum moves in with Charlie and his daughter Petra. Eva thinks Petra is great, but Annika is not quite sure. Annika’s suspicion gets even stronger when Petra starts to lay eyes on Adam. Once Eva knows for sure that Petra and Adam have been together, Eva realises that she has made the mistake of her life. Now, can anything be done?
As a hint to Four Weddings And a Funeral, we follow Eva and Adam as they attend four very different - but chaotic - birthday parties. We then witness a terrible fiasco, a performance that neither Eva nor Adam will ever forget.
