Teresa studied film, and film directing at Stockholm University 1996-1997, and Stockholm Film School 1997-1998. In 2001, she wrote and directed the short film “The Last Waltz” that received a number of awards at various film festivals. In 2004, Teresa’s first feature film, “The Ketchup Effect” premiered in Sweden and was seen by over 300,000 moviegoers. The film also received a number of awards, including Norway’s Amanda Award for “Best Nordic Film Debut”, the Canal + Award, and the “Nordic Debutant Award” at the Gothenburg Film Festival.

STARRING MAJA is Teresa’s second feature film.
