Christian (left) was born in Linköping on October 5th, 1974. child, he borrowed his father’s video camera and began to make his own movies together with his friends. In 1997 he moved to Stockholm to study film and media communications at the Folk University. He studied there for a year and then in the fall of 1998 he was accepted into Kuturama’s two-year film program, which is where he met his “partner,” Christopher Panov.

They began working together from day one and have been collaborators ever since. For their final project at Kulturama, Eklöw and Panov wrote and directed the short film “The Dog Trick.”
